Why Cosmetic Surgery

Would you have Cosmetic Surgery, what would you have done and why?
Hiya, just wondering for a piece of writing that i’m compiling about why people want sugery and what they would want doing? Also, would you put your savings on having cosmetic enhancements and risk being in debt?
ps: what are your opinions on make over shows such as Extreme makeover or 10 year younger?
I’d have my man boobs reduced -for obvious reasons!
Wouldn’t get into debt over it though.
